Volunteers of America’s elderly services programs promote health and independence for seniors. We are committed to cost-effective, quality housing with programs to meet social needs for the elderly, while maintaining a positive environment for personal growth and fulfillment for low-income seniors. We operate Magic City Terrace in Billings, Montana, and Bell Park Tower in Torrington, Wyoming, as HUD 202 housing programs serving low-income senior citizens who are able to live independently. Our complexes offer spacious-one bedroom apartments with on-site activities.
